These SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern the text message communications program operated by Blue Heaven RV Park & Resort (“Blue Heaven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to all users who opt in to receive SMS messages from us. These Terms are provided in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable carrier requirements, including Twilio’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Blue Heaven RV Park & Resort uses SMS text messaging to communicate with guests and prospective guests. Message types include, but are not limited to:
- Reservation confirmations, reminders, and updates
- Check-in and check-out instructions and park arrival information
- Customer service responses and account-related notices
- Payment and balance reminders (no sensitive payment card data is transmitted via SMS)
- Operational alerts such as weather notices, park closures, or emergency notifications
- Promotional or marketing messages only where you have separately and explicitly opted in
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Blue Heaven RV Park & Resort by one or more of the following methods:
- Completing an opt-in form on our website or reservation system and checking the SMS consent checkbox
- Verbally providing consent during a reservation call or at check-in, where your opt-in is then recorded
- Texting a designated keyword to our SMS number as instructed at a point-of-consent
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Blue Heaven at the mobile phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of making a reservation, purchasing any goods or services, or staying at our park.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity, requests, and communication preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for reservation-related communications. Additional messages may be sent in response to your direct inquiries or requests (e.g., customer service replies). Promotional message frequency will be disclosed at the time of opt-in for that program type.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Blue Heaven RV Park & Resort does not charge for SMS messages; however, your wireless carrier may charge for messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan’s messaging rates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and geographic area.
6. Quiet Hours — TCPA Compliance
In compliance with the TCPA and CTIA guidelines, Blue Heaven RV Park & Resort will only send non-essential (promotional or marketing) SMS messages between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient’s local time zone. Transactional and essential messages (such as reservation confirmations, emergency alerts, or direct replies to your inquiries) may be sent outside these hours when operationally necessary.
7. How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)
You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:
- STOP
- END
- CANCEL
- QUIT
- UNSUBSCRIBE
After sending an opt-out keyword, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from this program. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. To re-subscribe at any time, text START or YES to the same number, or contact us directly.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-in data and message content are kept confidential.

10. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to this SMS program.
- You must be capable of receiving SMS text messages at the mobile number you provide.
- You represent and warrant that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, or that you have the authorization of the account holder to enroll that number in this program.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you change your mobile number so we may update our records.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Blue Heaven SMS program for any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate SMS messaging to any number we determine, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
12. A2P 10DLC Registration
Blue Heaven RV Park & Resort sends messages through an Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging platform registered under the 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) framework required by U.S. wireless carriers. This registration helps ensure message deliverability and compliance with carrier requirements. Our messaging is powered by Twilio’s Programmable Messaging platform.
13. Supported Carriers
This program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and U.S. Cellular. Carrier support is not guaranteed and may vary. We are not responsible for messages that are undelivered due to carrier limitations, network outages, or carrier-level filtering.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in the program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may opt out at any time as described in Section 7 above.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Heaven RV Park & Resort shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS delivery caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier outages, network congestion, device compatibility, or acts of third parties.
16. Governing Law
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington County, Florida.
